He has also undertaken workshops/presentations to sensitize employers and employees regarding prohibition of sexual harassment of women at workplace and formulate policies relating thereto.
Few recent notable matters handled by Mr. Rajdutt are as under:
Acting as a co-counsel in one of the leading multinational pharmaceutical companies in its on-going dispute with a competitor relating to an investigation into parenteral use of excipients (inactive pharmaceutical ingredient) before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
Assisting and advising the leading multinational pharmaceutical client on the regulatory framework relating to, excipients, new excipients, new drugs, new formulation and subsequent new drugs, applicability of various Pharmacopoeias in India.
Advised and strategized for the client regarding regulatory action and show cause notice (for cancellation of drugs manufacturing license) issued by Drugs Licensing Authority. Filed a writ petition in the Hon’ble Gujarat High Court in this regard and wherein the Client was granted interim protection.
Successfully assisting a leading infrastructure company in project management and other legal commercial issues and acting as a co-counsel in an arbitration matter against one of the leading PSUs. The project is a pioneer project initiated under the aegis of the Government of India for water transportation and involves the legal issue of liquidated damages, illegal termination of the contract, etc.
Acting as a co-counsel in initiating arbitration proceedings against one of the major Ports of India involving issues relating to breach of exclusivity, obligation of providing assistance and cooperation, refund of bank guarantees etc.
